What this quote means is that is better to lose with honor and now that you didn’t cheat than winning and cheating. This quote tells people that don’t cheat because if you do you wouldn’t consider yourself and honest person and that has no honor to tell the truth that you cheated. For example if you cheated on a game and you didn’t tell the truth then you would end up messing up your life by cheating. I think that people should just tell the truth and never cheat in their lives.
